"We just had Elements cater our 20th High School reunion and everything was fabulous! It's not very often your guests rave about the catering at a party. We served white wine braised chicken (my personal favorite), tri-tip, poached salmon, their famous mac-n-cheese, grilled summer vegetables, potatoes au gratin, baked ziti, herbed rolls and of course salad. Everything was wonderful! I would highly recommend them to cater your next event. Judith was nice to work with and very professional. I'm looking forward to using them again!"
